Still You
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
Still You is operated by Still You, based in British Columbia, Canada. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@stillyou.art. This policy explains what photographs and information we collect, how we use them, and your rights.
1. Photographs we collect
We collect the photograph(s) you upload to create your portrait sculpture, plus any reference photos you provide during ordering. We also collect the name, email, shipping address, and billing address you enter at checkout (collected by our payment processor, Stripe).
Photographs are used solely to generate your sculpture preview, prepare your proof, and produce your finished piece. We do not use your photographs for advertising, model training, or any purpose unrelated to your order.
2. AI & cloud processors
To turn your photograph into a sculpture, we use AI image-generation and (where applicable) 3D-model generation services, plus cloud storage and computing providers. These providers process your photograph and model data solely to perform the service on our behalf, under terms that limit their use of the data.
3. Retention & deletion
We retain your photographs, model files, and order records for as long as needed to complete your order and address any quality or support issues — and in any case no longer than necessary for the purposes described here. You may request deletion of your photographs and model files at any time; we will delete them once they are no longer required to complete or support your order, unless retention is required by law.
4. Security
We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your card details. Access to your photographs and order data is limited to the people who need it to complete your order. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Deletion & access requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your photographs and personal data at any time by emailing support@stillyou.art. We will respond within a reasonable time and confirm the action taken. Deletion may be limited where we are required to retain records (for example, to complete an in-progress order or for tax obligations).
6. Marketing
We do not use your photographs or personal data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent. Order-related emails (confirmations, proofs, status updates) are transactional, not marketing.
7. Group orders
For group orders, each participant uploads their own photographs through a private, individual link. Participants cannot see any other participant's photographs, proofs, pricing, or personal data. The organizer sees aggregate progress only.
8. Your rights
You have rights regarding your personal data under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Canadian law, including access, correction, and withdrawal of consent. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
9. Contact
