Terms of Service

Each order begins with a $50 deposit, which secures your place in the production queue and covers the creation of your proof. The deposit is fully refundable until you approve the proof.

Upon approval, the deposit becomes non-refundable and the remaining balance becomes due. If you decline the proof, the deposit is refunded minus non-refundable card processing fees charged by the payment processor.

Once your proof is ready, you may approve it, request a revision, or decline. One free revision is included with each order. Additional revisions are billed by custom quote based on the scope of the requested changes.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days of the proof being marked ready, the order may be paused and the deposit held to cover production costs to date.

The deposit is collected at checkout via Stripe. The remaining balance is collected via a secure Stripe checkout session after you approve the proof. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, where applicable, exclude non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment processor and are returned to the original payment method.

After approval and balance payment, your sculpture moves through printing, hand-finishing, and quality inspection before shipping. Estimated proof-ready dates are provided as guidance and may vary based on material, volume, and production capacity.

Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Still You is not responsible for carrier delays once a sculpture has been shipped.

Deposits are refundable until proof approval. After approval, deposits and balance payments are non-refundable except in cases of production quality issues, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your sculpture has a production defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it for the purpose of creating a portrait sculpture. You grant Still You a limited license to use the photograph solely for the creation of your sculpture and related proofing.

We do not claim ownership of your photographs. Sculptures created from your photographs are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Still You provides a custom artistic service. Sculptures are hand-finished and may vary slightly from the digital preview. We are not liable for subjective differences in artistic interpretation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
